I just want you to know, this has been my favorite image of Mary for years. Someone sent a Christmas card with this image on it years ago, and I've kept it in a frame above my kitchen sink ever since. Her face exemplifies the attitude I want to always have toward my own children: gentle, loving, serene, dignified. I love it. Thank you for painting it.
