These two Christmas card designs were commissioned from other designs I have previously done. Its always a challenge to do something that looks similar but is actually quite different.

Posing for this one was quite hilarious in many ways. Painting it was, however, tricky.

A challenging lighting situation. I'd say its a step in the right direction but it could be better. Figure drawing needs work.

I am finding that the better I make the prep drawing the easier it is to do the painting quickly and well. So in theory if I practice my drawing more then my paintings should get better.
